DHL Return (EU Only) 🇪🇺
For customers within the European Union, we offer the option to return items via DHL points. Each return costs €9.90, which will be deducted from your refund.
Pack the returned item along with the completed form
Follow the instructions on the label:
You can print the document on A4 paper and attach the visible part of the label to the package. Note: Remove the old shipping label and barcode first. Alternatively, you can show the QR code at a DHL location, and they will print the label for you.
Return the package promptly to any DHL point
Return via Your Preferred Carrier
You can return the product by sending it using any carrier of your choice. You have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.

How to Properly Pack Your Return
✓Products must not show signs of use, including scents or stains
✓Place returned items in their original packaging
✓Secure the box with a plastic mailer or paper envelope
Important: If dry cleaning is required to restore the product to its original condition, a cleaning fee of €10 will be deducted from the refund amount (in accordance with Article 34(4) of the Act of May 30, 2014).
Remember: You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving them. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from when we receive your package.
Repairs and Complaints
At Almania, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, if an issue arises, we offer professional repair and complaint services to restore your favorite items to perfect condition.
Warranty Repairs +
All our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Hair ties have a 6-month warranty, while other products are covered for 12 months. During this period, we will repair any defects free of charge.
What we repair under warranty:
Manufacturing defects such as seam splits
Zipper malfunctions
Loosened elastics
Damaged drawstrings
Not covered by warranty:
Material snags
Natural wear and tear
Damage caused by improper care

Out-of-Warranty Repairs +
If your warranty has expired or the damage was caused by improper use, we offer paid repair services to give your product a second life.
What we repair:
Replacing elastics in hair ties, headbands, and bonnets (2.5-7.5 EUR per item, lower cost for multiple pieces)
Replacing drawstrings and elastics in turbans and bonnets (7.5 EUR)
Repairing seams (price determined individually)
Replacing a broken headband base (5.0-7.5 EUR, not possible for slim headbands)
Replacing elastics in face masks (10.0 EUR)
What we do not repair:
Tears, wear, or snags in fabric
We don't offer cleaning or washing services

I don't have a printer. Can I write the form by hand? +
Yes, absolutely! You don't need to print the form. Simply write the basic information on a piece of paper: your contact details along with the order number, the name of the returned product, and the reason for return. In the case of payments via PayPal, Revolut, or cash on delivery, please also provide your bank account details for a traditional transfer. At the end, add the statement: "I have read and understood the return conditions" and sign it. Such a handwritten form will be completely sufficient.
How long do I have to return a product? +
You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to request a return. We then ask you to send the package promptly.
How long does it take to receive a refund? +
We process refunds 1-2 times per week, and they are completed within a maximum of 14 days from when we receive your package. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original order. In the case of payments via PayPal, Revolut, or cash on delivery, please provide your bank account details for a traditional transfer.
Can I return a personalized product? +
No, it's not possible to return personalized orders. In case of questions, please contact us at sklep@almania.pl.
Can I combine returns from multiple orders? +
Yes, you can combine returns from multiple orders, but remember to include all order numbers on the return form and place it in the package.
Can I return only part of my order? +
Yes, you can return individual products from your order! Just list the products you want to return on the form. However, if you ordered a set of products (gift set or set of scrunchies), you must return the entire set.
I want to exchange rather than return a product - how do I do this? +
